FAQ

Everything You Need to Know About Our PG Enterprise

What industries do your packaging solutions cater to?

Our multi-layer laminates and pouches are engineered to serve a highly diverse marketplace:

  • FMCG & Food: Snacks, dry fruits, pulses, grains, and spice powders.
  • Stationery & Retail: High-clarity sketch pen pouches, header pouches, and school kit packaging.
  • Agrochemicals: High-barrier, chemical-resistant center-sealed pouches for fertilizers and seeds.
  • Consumer Goods: Masks, naphthalene balls, and customized retail merchandise bags.
What is your full product arsenal?

We specialize in flexible, multi-layered, and protective structures. Our key offerings include:

  • Pouches: Stand-Up Zipper Pouches, 3-Side & 5-Side Sealed Pouches, Center Sealed Bags, and Window Pouches.
  • Materials: BOPP, PP, LDPE, HM, and specialized Glassine-Poly structures.
  • Industrial Material: High-density, multi-micron HDPE Laminated Rolls for high-speed automated packing lines.
Can you handle custom barrier properties for sensitive products?

Absolutely. Whether your product requires oxygen barriers to prevent rancidity (like nuts and snacks), moisture locks, or Odor-proof layers, we customize the micron thickness and polymer blend (PET, Foil, Poly, etc.) to ensure your product survives rigorous supply chains unscathed.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and lead time?

Because we run fully automated, high-efficiency machinery, our MOQs vary depending on whether you are ordering customized rotogravure printed runs or standard unprinted rolls.

Pro Tip: Buying in bulk maximizes cost efficiency, driving your per-unit packaging cost down significantly. Contact our Umbergaon plant desk directly with your specifications for a custom, razor-sharp quote.

How does PG Enterprise ensure consistent quality across massive production runs?

Every batch undergoes strict internal quality protocols. From verifying seal strength and checking register accuracy in printing, to auditing the micron consistency of our laminated films, we make sure that the first pouch off the line is identical to the 500,000th.

Where are you located, and how can we initiate a project?

Our manufacturing plant is located at Plot No. 2, OHM Industrial Infrastructure Park, Dehari Road, Umbergaon, District Valsad, Gujarat (396170). We are fully connected by major road and rail networks, allowing us to ship flawlessly nationwide. You can easily initiate a project by visiting our facility or reaching out via major B2B portals like India MART and Trade India.

What printing technology does PG Enterprise leverage for brand artwork?

We run high-speed, multi-colour Rotogravure (Roto) Printing presses right here at our Umbergaon facility. For high-volume consumer goods, Rotogravure is the undisputed gold standard. It utilizes chemically etched copper cylinders to transfer ink directly onto films, providing unmatched graphic sharpness, deep colour density, and flawless registration even on complex, multi-layered substrates.

Can you handle complex finishes like matte-gloss contrasts?

Absolutely. We specialize in premium aesthetic enhancements to make your brand pop on competitive retail shelves:

  • Registered Matte & Gloss Effects: A brilliant contrast where specific design elements (like your logo or product image) shine glossily while the background remains a smooth, premium matte.
  • Metallic & Foil Finishes: Perfect for premium dry fruits, confectionery, and cosmetics.
  • High-Clarity Windows: Clean, transparent windows integrated seamlessly into printed structures so consumers can witness your product’s quality firsthand.
Do sustainable films run efficiently on automatic FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines?

This is where our engineering shines. Standard sustainable films often warp or fail to seal under fast mechanical heat. Our eco-friendly laminates are structurally balanced with specific thermal resistances, ensuring they slide, form, and seal flawlessly on your existing high-speed automated packing lines without dragging down your OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
